The Church Boutique Hotel

The original Lutheran church was built in 1879, two minutes from Arnhem Centraal. When it opened as a hotel on 16 March 2023, the architects preserved the monumental chandelier, organ, pulpit, stained-glass windows, the blue dome with stars, painted ceiling beams, and the original wooden choir benches. Of the 14 rooms, eight are 18 m² floating rooms suspended within the nave. A restaurant and cocktail bar occupy the ground floor beneath the suspended rooms.

The hotel is operated by the HIMplus hospitality group and is a member of Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe (JRE), the culinary association that certifies high restaurant standards. Besides the eight floating nave rooms, a cosy 15 m² room is located in the former sexton's house. All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi, and city views.
