Rhine River Paths
naturefamily-friendly
The Rijnkade embankment runs along the south side of the city centre, offering flat, scenic walking and cycling paths with views across the Rhine. The promenade connects the John Frost Bridge to the city's café terraces and is at its best on a sunny afternoon. A string of restaurant and bar terraces lines the embankment, making this the easiest stretch in Arnhem to spend a few unplanned hours.
